How To Check The Enrollment In The SRMS ( Subject) As A Teacher In Kralis

As a teacher in Kralis, managing student enrollment in various subjects and reviewing their results is essential for tracking academic progress and ensuring that all students are properly assigned to their respective classes. The Student Registration Management System (SRMS) provides a streamlined approach to checking enrollments, subject assignments, and student results. Here’s a detailed guide on accessing and reviewing the enrollment data, including results and subjects, in the SRMS.

Teacher Portal Access:
Ensure you have active access to the Kralis teacher portal. Only logged-in teachers can access the SRMS Enrollment Management.
Stable Internet Connection:
A stable internet connection is essential for accessing the Kralis portal.

Steps to follow:
Step 1: Log into Your Kralis Account
To get started, visit the Kralis website and log in using your teacher credentials. Enter your ID and PIN, and click on “Sign In.”
Step 2: Go to the SideBar menu
After a successful login, go the the Sidebar menu located on the left-hand side of your teacher dashboard which is the three lines as shown in the image below, and click on it.
Step 3: Locate the Kralis SRMS in the sidebar menu
When you click on the sidebar menu, you will see the Kralis SRMS section, click on it and it will take you to the SRMS homepage where you will see the Scoresheet, results, and reports.
Step 4: Accessing the Scoresheet in SRMS
At the SRMS homepage, Click on the Scoresheet option at the top right of the screen and this will bring down a form for you to fill in the year, term, class, class section (optional), and subject. After filling in the information on the form, you click on the “Go To Scoresheet” button. As shown in the image below:
Step 5: Navigate to the Enrollment Section
On the Scoresheet homepage, look for the setting button labeled “Manage Enrollment”. This section allows you to access the results, sections, and subjects of the students you are teaching. As shown in the image below:

Step 6: Navigate to the Subject Option in the Enrollment Management
When on the Scoresheet Enrollment Management, You can access the Results, Section, or Subject options by clicking on anyone of your choice. To Check the subjects of the student in our class, add a new student to a subject, or unenroll a student from the subject we will click on the “Subject” option following these steps:
Click on the Subject option on the enrollment management interface
It will display the names of students in your class, the tick boxes, and the action button beside their names
The tick boxes beside the student name are used to enroll and unenroll a student from that particular subjects
The action button displays the result form
When you are done editing the subject section, you click on the update button at the top of the interface to save the changes you made. As shown in the images below:

Step 7: Finalizing and Reviewing
After making your changes and updating them, review them to make sure there are no mistakes.
