Introduction:
Enrolling students into the appropriate class sections is a critical task for teachers using the Student Registration Management System (SRMS) in Kralis. Whether it’s for sections A, B, Unity, or Peace, accurate enrollment ensures that students are properly categorized and ready for their academic journey. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to enroll students into their respective class sections in SRMS.
Prerequisites:
Teacher Portal Access:
Ensure you have active access to the Kralis teacher portal. Only logged-in teachers can access the SRMS Class section in the Scoresheet.
Stable Internet Connection:
A stable internet connection is essential for accessing the Kralis portal.

Steps to follow:
Step 1: Log into Your Kralis Account
To get started, visit the Kralis website and log in using your teacher credentials. Enter your ID and PIN, and click on “Sign In.”
Step 2: Go to the SideBar menu
After a successful login, go the the Sidebar menu located on the left-hand side of your teacher dashboard which is the three lines as shown in the image below, and click on it.
Step 3: Locate the Kralis SRMS in the sidebar menu
When you click on the sidebar menu, you will see the Kralis SRMS section, click on it and it will take you to the SRMS homepage where you will see the Scoresheet, results, and reports.
Step 4: Accessing the Scoresheet in SRMS
At the SRMS homepage, Click on the Scoresheet option at the top right of the screen and this will bring down a form for you to fill in the year, term, class, class section (optional), and subject. After filling in the information on the form, you click on the “Go To Scoresheet” button. As shown in the image below:

Step 5: Enroll students into a section through the scoresheet
When you click on the “Go To scoresheet” button as shown above, it will display on the screen no entries found, you have to add students to the section by:
Click on the manage enrollment button by the top right of your screen
It will display the enroll management homepage showing the “Results”, “Section” and “Subject” options all listed out
Click on the “Section” option and this will take you to the section dashboard
The names of all the students in the class showing on the screen with a box beside them
Tick on the boxes as many as you want to enroll in that particular section
When you are done, click on the update button at the top of the dashboard. This will take time to load and when it has loaded it will display on the screen the names of the students you enrolled into that section. As shown in the images below:

Step 6: Finalizing and Reviewing
Once the enrollment process is completed, a confirmation message will appear to inform you that the students have been successfully enrolled in their respective sections. You can now review the list of enrolled students under the selected class section. This will help you keep track of who is in each class for attendance, grading, and communication purposes.
