The Student Results Management System (SRMS) in Kralis is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the process of recording, managing, and analyzing student academic performance. As a teacher, it is essential to be familiar with the functionalities of this system to ensure accurate and efficient result management. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to viewing, editing, and updating student results using the SRMS.

Prerequisites:

  • Teacher Portal Access:

    Ensure you have active access to the Kralis teacher portal. Only logged-in teachers can access the SRMS Resultsheet.

  • Stable Internet Connection:

    A stable internet connection is essential for accessing the Kralis portal.

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Log into Your Kralis Account

To get started, visit the Kralis website and log in using your teacher credentials. Enter your ID and PIN, and click on “Sign In.”

Step 2: Go to the SideBar menu

After a successful login, go the the Sidebar menu located on the left-hand side of your teacher dashboard which is the three lines as shown in the image below, and click on it.

Step 3: Locate the Kralis SRMS in the sidebar menu

When you click on the sidebar menu, you will see the Kralis SRMS section, click on it and it will take you to the SRMS homepage where you will see the Scoresheet, results, and reports.

Step 4: Accessing the Result sheet in SRMS

At the SRMS homepage, Click on the “Results” option at the top right of the screen and this will bring down a form for you to fill in the year, term, class, and class section (optional). After filling in the information on the form, you click on the “Go To Class Results” button. As shown in the images below:

Step 5: Viewing Student Results

When you click on the “Go To Class Rsults” button as shown in the image above, it will take you to the result sheet view page, the result sheet will display the list of students along with their current results. The layout of the result sheet will provide you with an overview of the student’s performance in each assessment or grading period. As shown in the image below:

Step 6: Editing and Updating Scores in the Result Sheet

To edit scores on the result sheet, you make use of the “Action” button beside the grade. After inputting scores on each section it totals itself up and also gives out the grade of that particular subject. As shown in the images below:

Step 7: Editing and Updating Student Results through the Scoresheet

You can also edit each subject of a particular student using the scoresheet by clicking on the edit option on the right-hand side of the result sheet. Here you can edit scores for each subject and when you are done, you click on the save button and it will all reflect on the scoresheet and the result sheet. As shown in the images below:

Step 8: Creating a new Result Entry

At the result sheet view page, by the top right of the screen is the create new entry button. Click on it to add an entry for a new student. This new entry is only done when you want to add the student's previous results in their previous school to the database. While adding a new entry the automatic button that is located at the top right of the screen close to the save option should be turned off as you won’t be able to create a new entry with it on. As shown in the images below:

Step 9: Reviewing the Updated Result Sheet

After editing, it’s crucial to review the updated result sheet for accuracy. Use this time to ensure that all entries reflect the latest assessments and that no student records have been accidentally overlooked.

Step 10: Print Out Scoresheet

After viewing, editing, updating, and reviewing the scores in the result sheet and you want to have a hard copy of the results, you can use the print button option at the top right of the result sheet view page. You click on save to save it and print it out later or you connect a printer to your device and have it print out immediately. As shown in the images below:
